IHOBF programs encourage youth to explore and develop their
creativity by expressing themselves in positive ways through the arts.
The IHOBF-New Orleans Student Gallery presents artistic works
created by New Orleans area youth in connection with IHOBF arts
educational programming.

The above artworks were created in connection with the 2003 IHOBF-New Orleans/Fanfare Student Art
Exhibit & Contest. These artworks were made by students from Tangipahoa Parish and were created using
found or recycled materials. They were exhibited at the Hammond Square Mall in Hammond, Louisiana
and judged in a local art contest.
