Drawing Us Together
Drawing Us Together 2012, a visual arts exhibit and competition, invited 9th through 12th grade students to create original artworks inspired by the 2012 theme: The Arts Inspire Hope. In creating their artworks, students were encouraged to consider how the arts can inspire hope in challenging times and difficult circumstances. An exhibit took place May 1 at House of Blues Chicago. Congratulations to first place winner Matthew Jungert, second place winner Miranda Garfinkle, and third place winner Sophia Weaver. Click here to view highlights and the online exhibit.
